Suggested Revision
More controls on Special Districts, particularly Metro Districts. They should be resident controlled; debt controlled; & harder to form. There should be some provisions for oversight.

Our Open Space Program is a gem. Continue to preserve natural land - don't over-develop. No electric bikes should be allowed on open space trails.

Evergreen Parkway (74) in Evergreen has become an unsafe roadway due to increase in traffic, high speed limits (55 mph for parts of it) and wildlife trying to cross. Potential solutions to make 74 safer for people and animals is to reduce speed, add underpasses, and potentially add a traffic light in a couple spots. All simple and doable solutions that are supported by many Evergreen residents.
