Because of the Public-Private nature of the DDA, a section about the PUBLIC-PRIVATE relationship between the two seems in order with regard as how the DDA can promote and develop private development in ways more the giving out relatively small CIG and FIP grants. For instance, how can the DDA help develop the Hynds and the Hole?

In the key to the page 42 parking map, Public Parking surface suggests the public can park in many private lots causing confusion. A distinction between paid-private and public surface parking would help.

The plan that is linked for alley improvement does not have trash services accurately accounted for in the alley ways. There are 3 dumpsters in the alley between Carey and Capitol, on the plan, in the patio area of the Paramount. Currently in that alleyway there are at least 8 dumpsters for ALL of the businesses to use in that block square. Many businesses have 3 or 4 pick ups a week already. Will want to look at this information more before making sure plans.
