Cortez Land Use Code Update

The CIty of Cortez is in the process of updating its Land Use Code (LUC). Drafts of two chapters are ready for public review. The draft chapters include the LUC's general provisions, non-conforming provisions, zone district regulations, and use standards. Please review and add your comments on the document below! Your input is essential to ensuring the update reflects the needs of our community. Want to learn more and/or share your feedback in person? Please join the City for an Open House event at City Council Chambers on June 26 from 12-2pm or 5-8pm.
