New developments lack green space; I would like to see the recreation or wellness surrounded by deep rooted trees

Need to be mindful of planting trees, not all resist as they are not deep rooted and easily fall during windy days. When they fall, they are replaced. Palm trees do not provide same shade as trees, we don’t need these.
