Cortez Land Use Code Draft Chapters for Review (Chapter 4, 5, & 7)

The Cortez Land Use Code Update continues as the Project Team has been working on refining drafts of Chapter 4: Subdivision Standards; Chapter 5: Site Development Standards; and Chapter 7: Historic Preservation. These chapters are part of Module Two in the Update process, which will be followed by the third and final Module this winter.
