what does everyone think about this? I believe this could result in any area that has hydric vegetation being defined as a wetland, since we have new setbacks it might create some new impacts. Option would be to reference USCOE definitions, which change with new administrations.

we call this the Master Street Plan now, thoroughfare sounds nicer though.

weirdly worded but I guess it's ok "includes any of the following" and then has shall not include language.

do we need/want to add that it needs to meet City standards?
replies
just curious why you added "front".
replies
Are you proposing that the other street frontage use the side setback? I think that is problematic when the side setback is 5' or 7'. We currently use 15' or 75% of the front setback.
replies
the City does not enforce "closest projection". Please change to foundation, we will then need to include some limits on projections though.
replies
I know this is existing language but we should probably either define "professional-level" or just delete it.

Question
Why did we take this out? Do we have (or need) another definition somewhere else?
