All red areas should be mixed use. Commercial and industrial. Land is really hard to purchase in Lamar and the more flexible the land use the more attractive to outside interests. If this is zoned incorrectly they will just move one and show no interest.

This land is impossible to purchase. There is no additional industrial land to purchase. No manufacturing can come to Lamar because there isn't the opportunity.

The City completed a new airport master plan in 2022/2023. With this suggestion, I assume that the city/county did not meet to discuss its findings. (It could be enhanced with an economic development section.)
