What about a natural resource/open space overlay to protect our natural resources and drive development upward instead of outward?

I don't think there should be a park and ride, I think there needs to be way better access to this area and the rest of town - the river trail is the only way to get there (non-car) and there is no way down from the east bench except through the golf course. I see people walking/biking the hilly stretch of Harrison all the time with no shoulder, bike lane, or sidewalk.

I'm personally pro-unique designs and less uniform. It feels less authentic when everything looks the same. I enjoy seeing different owners create different styles unique to their business. Color, different design elements, etc. bring fun to the landscape!
