Chandler General Plan Update 2026
The City of Chandler is updating its General Plan, a long-term guide for growth, development, and quality of life. The Chandler General Plan 2026 update is a community-driven process to refresh the city’s long-term vision for growth, development, and quality of life. Required by Arizona law every 10 years, the update will incorporate public input through meetings, surveys, and workshops, and will guide decisions on land use, housing, transportation, and more. While it won’t change zoning or taxes, it will include goals, policies, and maps to shape Chandler’s future. The process runs through early 2026, with voter ratification expected in August.
