I think this should read "border the Airport."

Suggested Revision
We could possibly look into revisions of building code like requirements for 240v 20a outlets in the garages of all newly constructed single-family homes. These make level 2 charging overnight much easier and it barely adds any cost (hundreds of dollars, compared to the thousands it can cost to retrofit), and all of that cost can easily be recouped within a couple months with fuel savings, making the cost of living in those homes lower in the long run. Benefits the homeowner as well as the air quality of the city.
Suggested Revision
We need to also include planning for the infrastructure necessary for vehicle electrification. Possible electrification of parts of the city fleet and level 2 charging in downtown & at city buildings as a start, with more comprehensive plans to come later.
