Question
In these vacant zones, within SAP, whom owns these lands? Are the owners willing to sell or is Ogden City going to involve Imment Domain and basically steal the land for already determined Developers? I believe that if the owner doesn't want to sell, usually there is a reason..it's called desired price.
I think we should add something for Tyler Avenue
shouldn't this area be Mixed-Use Center
shouldn't this area be Mixed-Use Center
Work with UDOT and private landowners to implement protected bike lanes.

we should also add..

Plan and development adjacent street routes i.e. greenways.
(attached and detached)
and develop incentives
Mixed-Use
, street trees
Mixed-Use

these visioning pages are great
Supporting retail and food services.
Medical, institutional, university, vertical residential?
These areas are close to the BRT stations and located on the Harrison Boulevard corridor.
in reply to Jake's comment
This is probably better for the next page.
These areas are close to the BRT stations and located on the Harrison Boulevard corridor.
condominiums
Zoning should allow for both single-family homes and lower end of missing middle housing. The nature of missing middle housing is that it looks like single-family and is single-family in scale/size, but allows for more units and options.
add picture of ADU
add legend
I suggest a rendering on this page. something more visionary :)
This would be a good page for a rendering of a gathering place.
Development of significant projects should include gathering centers.
and adjacent north/south residential streets
and adjacent north/south parallel residential corridors.
good spot for photo of housing - see drone shots
based on the current market conditions.
; however SAP development could spur additional growth.
It would be good to note.

Not significant bike infrastructure exists west of Harrison in the study area.
Tyler Avenue is designated as a sharrow.
i suggest moving figure 12 up and closer to the discussion.
(when feasible)
City
might be good to repeat the legend here?
legend doesn't have grey color
label Workshop Participants (both young and old)
great spot for a photo (maybe a drone photo :))
Ogden understands the demands for more housing numbers and variety of housing options...
(bus only lane)

that might help the public
3850 South
awesome point!!!
Hospital?
Mixed-Use
, tree lined street and plazas

Per PC comments
water-wise?
(including parallel street options)?
probably need to add the word Research or study for mid block crossings
Based on PC it sounds like it might be difficult based on the road design and BRT.
in reply to Jake's comment
I see you already used incentivize maybe
Facilitate and coordiante with developers to...
Coordinate and incentivize...
is Community Campus different than Mixed Use Center?
