Technical Edit
I think you missed the Weber State community education center on Monroe---I don't see any pink in that area.
Comment
Is mentioning free or super reduced fares appropriate here?
Comment
Do you want to mention something about opportunities for mother-in-law houses/ADUs in this section?
Question
What's the vision for these light blue "Neighborhood Centers". ..level everything and start again?
Question
What does this blue line surrounding Weber state denote?
Question
What does "access to opportunities" mean?

29th St between Washington and Grant Ave is a 2-lane road, suitable for higher density multifamily and senior multifamily as was allowed in old the CP-3 zone. Allowing only commercial uses or low density residential along this stretch of 29th St disincentives re-development of the several old and unsightly commercial (including old industrial and automotive buildings and old mini-storage) in this area that ideally would be razed and put to a better use. Same comment about Grant Ave between 28th St and 30th St.

There needs to be a major focus on AFFORDABLE housing. Not 300k homes. 150k-250k homes. The housing market has priced everyone out of living in the city they grew up in. If you want to talk about honoring our children and grandchildren, it starts there. Also, don't tear down places like the drive in theatre for townhouses nobody asked for. That theatre was more important than a handful of homes. The priorities just seem to be off with our city planning.
